Our Process

Prior to your gathering, our team will visit the event location and share a prepared custom valet service plan with you to ensure all your needs are met within your budget. We will then obtain all the needed business licenses, as well as permits for the city, meter use, encroachment, and full or partial street closures.

"No Parking" signs and all other necessary signage will then be installed to ensure your space is only used by your guests and attendees. Next, we will search for an off-site parking facility and shuttles to better fit your needs during your special event. We also provide all the required equipment needed, including:
